Corned Beef Sandwich with Cole Slaw

The best corned beef sandwiches are those made from leftover corned beef from your St. Patrick's Day meal. However, they make great party platter dishes when presented with a side of home-made coleslaw when cooking for a large gather of family or friends.

Note: You can use the coleslaw to do a unique take on a Reuben as opposed to traditionally used sauerkraut.
