Refund Policy

 

RETURNS

​

Your complete satisfaction is of the utmost importance!

​

Returns for online purchases are accepted within 30 days of delivery; customers must initiate the return process during this timeframe. Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Upon approval of the return, a full refund for all qualifying items will be issued, less any applicable shipping, handling fees, and taxes. Please be advised that the refunded amount will reflect these deductions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 7–10 business days to process.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If an error occurs, it will be corrected. Damaged or defective products will be replaced. Kindly report issues as soon as possible. Follow these steps to start the process.

 

If you have not received your refund or replacements within 14 business days of processing, please call 269.301.4662.

Please be advised that delays may arise due to inclement weather conditions.

 

EXCHANGES

​

Exchanges can only be made by returning and approved items and making a new purchase, or upon replacement of a damaged or defective item, in which the exchange must be for the exact same item.

 

GIFT CARDS

​

Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

​

Gift cards do not expire.

 

POP-UP SHOPS AND EVENTS

​

Items purchased at a pop-up event are not refundable or returnable unless returned while that event is in process.

​

Items may NOT be returned or refunded online or on the website.

​

Ticket sales for events are non-refundable or transferable.

DROP-SHIPPED ITEMS

​

Items shipped directly from the vendor are not subject to standard return policies. Returns are generally accepted within 30 days. This timeframe may be extended or shortened with other vendors. If you find that an item says, "this item requires a 14-day return policy," this is typically an item that is shipped directly from the vendor.

 

Products are sourced from multiple vendors, which may result in varying shipping delivery timelines. In addition, items in your order may ship separately. Please send email to orders@lynnemann.com to receive the correct return address for your specific item. You may receive separate tracking numbers for each package. While most vendors provide a full refund upon processing a return, this policy may not be applicable to every vendor.

​​Customized products, which are tailored to meet individual customer requirements, may not qualify for return eligibility.

Shopping on Etsy

All products sold on Etsy will adhere to the purchasing, return, and refund guidelines established by Etsy. Any additional refund policies will be addressed on the Etsy website.
